Arcs are advanced reader copies of books that aren’t published yet! Authors sometimes send them out or do giveaways so that they can get reviews for their books to promote them before they’re released (Also that isn’t stupid at all, it’s totally valid! I had to look them up a while ago lmao)

Rtc means Review to come. Usually you need a bit of time to process everything and decide on what your review will have in it or you just don't have the time to write it properly in that specific moment and so you let people know a review will come, but not then.

ARCs are advanced reader copies the authors or publishers let some librarians, readers, and bloggers have. It depends on the way the author/publishes chooses to do it.
