YA or middle grade book about a girl on the run. I think it had a blue cover?

I read this book sometime around 2006. I feel like the main character may have had amnesia, and she was being interrogated. I vividly remember a scene where she was spitting blood into a sink. I'm going to lose my mind trying to figure out what this book is.
