About a girl who can only be killed by wood from one tree

I am looking for a book that was about a female that could only be killed by wood from one tree that turns out to be Mother Nature herself and she has to go through some doors to find her father that was kidnapped by i think one of the Greek gods. If it was then it was probably the god Ares. She found her father trapped and had to free him after facing a giant or cyclops i don’t remember which one but they were in a maze set by the bad guy with a lot of traps.
