I just started the audiobook for this! Looking forward to it. I actually have never listened to this podcast yet so I'm looking forward to it after the bookThe only true crime podcasts I've listened to so far is Serial (which I loved!) & Morbid: A True Crime Podcast. I do have a huge list of ones I want to get to, eventually!
I wondered about Morbid. There are so many episodes, and I'm in the middle of My Favorite Murder, which also has a gazillion episodes, but maybe I can start both. I started the audiobook and I'm in Chapter 2. :-)
I just saw this, and for a few seconds I was sad I missed it. Then I read the comments. Not sad anymore 🤣

Come and join us in October. We are reading the book about the BTK killer. :-) I'm sure it will be better than this.

If you don't want to read the book, but are a true crime aficionado, this is still the place for you.
I want to talk about your favorite true crime podcast. I am super picky about my podcasts and have only listened to about 10 episodes of My Favorite Murder, which is the podcast developed by the authors of this book.
My favorite podcasts have been Serial (only the first season) and Your Own Backyard.
The book synopsis is:
Sharing never-before-heard stories ranging from their struggles with depression, eating disorders, and addiction, Karen and Georgia irreverently recount their biggest mistakes and deepest fears, reflecting on the formative life events that shaped them into two of the most followed voices in the nation.
In Stay Sexy & Don’t Get Murdered, Karen and Georgia focus on the importance of self-advocating and valuing personal safety over being ‘nice’ or ‘helpful.’ They delve into their own pasts, true crime stories, and beyond to discuss meaningful cultural and societal issues with fierce empathy and unapologetic frankness.
