Looking for a romance book where guy moves to a new town where him and his two brothers have inherited a house from their grandmother.

The house originally belonged to this girl's family who lives in the town. The guys father was a conman and he conned the girl's family (think he charmed her mother) and got the house.
The girl is keeps trying to buy back this house and also keeps looking for stuff on this guy (probably hires a private investigator) to see if his record is clean.

The guy's brothers come to town as well and want to sell this house. One of the guys brothers who is younger is a lawyer.

The guy and the girl fall in love and the book ends with the guy installing/repairing this swing in the house for the girl since she had a similar/same one when she was growing up in that house.
