I've experienced the same issue in the past and reported two of them to the Staff, but never got an answer. The Amazon Bot deleted 3 of my German Kindle editions on my bookshelf and my reviews were automatically moved to the English edition, that i've never read. I only realized this, because it was posted as a reading update on my book page, as if i finished the book recently even though i read them years ago.
These are the books and you can see the deleted books in the edit logs. In all 3 cases it was the German Kindle edition, that was deleted:

Here are 3 more books that the bot added that were valid, but the status had been incorrectly set to Invalid or Deleted. (I've since restored them all back to Public.)https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...

All were Kindle editions, 2 were German.

Some issues in my shelf: Un million d'hivers I read the German edition a while ago, not sure what the bot did here but it suddenly showed up on my profile as added on July 14th, but I read this in 2020 and added it probably back then, please investigate how I get it back to the correct edition or if something the bot did can be undone to correct this.
Issues on a friends shelf:
The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen: Century 1910 it was shown that my friend rated this on 25th of July in my goodreads app, but said friend has not logged in to goodreads for quite some time so I suspect some bot action going on here as well.
Redangel333 wrote: "Issues on a friends shelf"The book on your friends shelf had numerous edits on July 25, but it was librarian activity, not bot activity. Still, it is concerning that you received an activity report for that date when your friend did nothing.

Yes, the bot deleted ISBN 3958395406 on that date.
I have reset that edition to public:

I think it is not possible to correct the added to your shelves date, but I think it is possible that other dates can be restored.
I did *not* have this edition on my shelves, but in my wanderings, I was intrigued by this librarian edit page.

I suppose it keeps them off the streets.

My shelves show an ISBN-10 for a Kindle book I bought. When I go to that ISBN-10 and look at the edit page, I can see the Bot deleted any number of Kindle editions. Apparently it merged my edition with the default.

A Kindle edition is still available to me, but it isn't the one I purchased. I don't know which of the ASINs showing deleted on the edit page is the one I had.
