There are two editions -- a kindle and paperback, and they need combined. Thanks!

This request is linked in the topic above to a book by another author.
To do this: Go to the Librarian Group. Scroll down to the Book & Author Page Issues folder. Click on the words Book & Author Page Issues. Click on "new topic" at the top and type your request.
So sorry. Thank you. I am such a newbie now self publishing, before I had publishers.
