SOLVED: Adult Fiction > SOLVED. main characters met as kids in the amusement park/Fair and the fmc had a balloon and wanted to give it the mmc. this was a flashback when they realized they knew each other

I believe it was either enemies to lovers or maybe second chance romance. where the main characters met as children and did not realize until a flashback close to the end of the book. I read this book when I first started reading so it ight be vi Keeland/Penelope Ward or L.J Shen, Rina Kent, Penelope Douglas etc. (More mainstream authors)
