LOTR 2: page number is wrong

Yes, but it should be 337. The page numbering starts at 413 because of the first book and ends with 750.
1. You didn't provide that number in your first post.2. This is according to GR policy. The number on the last page of text counts (unless it is an omnibus edition containing two or more books, each with their own page count). This is so that users won't have to calculate which page number they're on.
3. What is on pages 745-750?
But that is a bit weird, isn’t it? Because if I open the book and read 1 page, according to Goodreads I’m 50+% done. And if I read 300+ pages it will say that it is the longest book i have read with 700+ pages. And also the third book (return of the king) ends on page 1178 (again because the page numbers of book 1 and 2 are added to it), but on Goodreads it says 400+ something. The last pages have maps, and they probably shouldn’t be counted to the page count, but I’m reading fellowship of the ring now (Lord of the Rings 1) and there they are added to the page count.
Thanks, changed page count to 750. Maps belong to the book and should be counted. There are pros and cons to this particular policy, and people have complained about it before. If you want to add your complaint, please contact Support: https://www.goodreads.com/about/conta...
I also made another post about adding a book a few months ago but it hasn’t been added yet. Could you maybe take a look at that?
The thread you link to has been closed as a duplicate request. You were looking for this link: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
If you open that thread and bump it, it will be moved to the top of the queue. If you edit the title to add [Still open] or similar, people will know that it hasn't been answered yet.
(I personally don't add books in this group anymore.)
Spoke too soon, the record was more or less "added" by an import bot last month: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/1...I will correct the details and reply in the other thread.
