Children's book with owl, rabbit and elephant

This book is a children's picture book with soft, muted illustrations that we checked out from the library about a year ago. The plot is a little girl owl who throws a party for her friend rabbit and elephant when it is raining. She tries to make hot chocolate, but accidentally adds salt instead of sugar. They end up eating ice cream instead.
