This book is from the early to mid 2000s. It’s about an FBI agent (I think) who is tracking what he believes is a serial killer on the Appalachian Trail. The book was a tan color. I’m fairly certain the author’s first name was Tom or Thomas. Unfortunately that’s all I can remember!
