The important thing is to continue to look forward and seek new challenges rather than dwell on the past and talk about the good old days.
The best thing about the good old days was the fact that, back then, I wasn't always good and I wasn't old.

Also, after running and walking, instead of staggering, why not try tango lessons? When you stagger around a tango class, just insist that you are trying to master the dip. And why limit yourself to just that? Learn a language. If you already know a second language, trying doing an English crossword in that other language.
Or try playing the trumpet on your balcony – if you have one. Become a jailhouse lawyer in order to manage the subsequent law suits. At any age, there’s always another opportunity to get into trouble. Run, walk or invite your relatives over to discuss politics.
