Please reverse book page deletion

I tried to make a page for my book released yesterday, but it said an entry already existed - but with 'deleted' status.

I don't know why it was created but immediately deleted.
Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this, I wasn't sure where was best.

Please can the page be made active, and also please can it be added to the existing series here, as Book 5,
