Bella | 9 comments I take melatonin right after getting ready for bed. Then I put my phone down and read until I fall asleep lol. It’s kinda tempting to go on your phone but seriously try not to cause it makes me stay awake way longer. It doesn’t work for everyone but I thought I’d tell you what I do because maybe it’ll help. Anyways I hope you can get to sleep earlier! Have a great day ⭐️

Lia | 148 comments i remember a few days ago i just couldn't sleep for hours, i watched like 3 tv shows and none made me tired. What knocked me out was picking up a super long, boring book. Ur mind is gonna get tired from reading and you'll be knocked out.

daisy ౨♡︎ৎ★° | 3 comments in my case it will happen because it’s the only time of the day I find more relaxation (nobody else’s awake and like isn’t demanding anymore) or because my thoughts about something won’t stop. If that, try thinking and writing about them, leaving the whole day on that paper and closing it for good.

sometimes I see sims 4 gameplays because it ends up being boring at some point. the point is, nothing too exciting. like the long boring book idea, that is a good one too!! basically anything that doesn’t entertain you/distract your brain from the pleasure of staying awake longer. keep trying to find some method that suit u

You know that sounds like a great idea, thank you so much

Eli (taylor's version) | 24 comments @Daisy Yes I usually spend a lot of time at night overthinking (my favorite Hobbie) I am going to try to write things down, thanks for your help
