I decided to use an audible credit and grab this one now. Waiting for my library turn was looking like August at the earliest and we have two group reads lined up then. After my most recent fantasy listens this seems like a good change-up.
I have finished. And will wait for others to finish to discuss.

I hadn't planned to read this but think I will. Not sure when, though, I'll have to check where I am in the library queue. Just started another audiobook.
Carol: it’s quite compelling. The gothic atmosphere was initially a surprise. I used to enjoy those so this has been interesting. I’m about 75% in and finding it hard to put down.
I am going to try and read it this week.
Geri: I'm just finishing it now,, it's very good and hard to put down.
probably won't get to this one in a timely manner- there's a 16 week wait for the library copy!
I'm 6th in line for a digital copy at my library so we'll see when that comes in.
Mine had a long wait, though I think the library ended up buying more digital copies. I do not regret using an audible credit.

Mine just came in from the library. Am in the middle of Book Lovers by Emily Henry. It's going fast, will finish in a couple of days.
It finally was available at the library! I’m enjoying it!

Reading it right now. Just started yesterday. So far so good. It has some similarities with The Housemaid but the writing style is far better.
Marine, I enjoyed the gothic style. I hadn’t read a gothic-type book for a good while before this one.
Finished the audiobook. I always like when the dual POVs are given in a story.
This is my next read! I’m pumped to try another new author this year.
I'm halfway through and I love the Gothic style of it!
