Mass market paperback by Jove https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/6... seems to have 3 entries for the 1986 Jove Books edition. My copy has the ISBN 0-515-08712-2 but it has the cover from the other Jove with the author's name in one line and the title in large white words, not the cover shown with that ISBN. I found it on Abe books and it seems to be an alternate cover of that ISBN.

You are a librarian, is there any reason you are not doing this yourself?If any of those changes requires a superlibrarian, please link the exact editions that need to be merged, and specify which one needs to remain after merging.
Thank you for your question and advice. When I was updating my own shelves, I switched to the edition that I have. Somehow I simply did not see any librarian notes regarding an alternate cover in the description. At the time that I posted this request I wasn't a librarian yet. . I am pretty new at it and am still learning which is why I didn't come back and address this issue myself. After your post, I looked at the change logs and see a note about ACE there.
