SOLVED. YA wlw book about a british girl in sixth form who falls in love with her teacher

I read this book in around 2019-2020 and it seemed relatively new. It was in the lgbt section and it was about a British girl who went to sixth form (age around 16-18). She has a boyfriend at the start of the book and I'm pretty sure she breaks up with him. She begins to fall in love with her (English I think) teacher and they get closer. She then thinks she is pregnant with her boyfriends baby and she tells her teacher about it. Near the end she meets up with her teacher at the end and she (the teacher) hints that she is gay and asks the main character if she is as well.
