The count of my current reads is showing wrong. It's showing as 19 but it should be 20. Have counted multiple times and also refreshed and reopened the app. Please help here.

Please go to the help section (it's in the drop down menu under your avatar. Or you can contact Support (Staff) https://www.goodreads.com/about/conta...
However I believe the site was having glitches earlier today, so your issues could be connected to this. Also the app can be slow to update at the best of times.
