Merge/removal Request

These editions all need to be merged or deleted entirely. I tried on the regular thread but I was told they are valid editions. As the author, I can tell you that they are not valid.

My paperback has more than 43 pages, that is an old proof edition, and has since been recreated in KDP with a different cover and updated manuscript, so the page count is higher.

The kindle edition that has the cover and release date of June 19, 2023 is the only valid kindle edition because my release isn’t until next week. The ones with the other dates were mistakes and Amazon themselves told me that they couldn’t delete them while in review status BUT that because they were archived, they wouldn’t go live (which they did end up going live).

First time self publisher here, and lots of mistakes were made, but I can assure you that I know which editions are mine/valid. Lol.

You were told correctly. These are "valid" editions and we cannot remove them. In the past, these would not have been imported, but the bot now imports records from Amazon indiscriminately and there is little we can do about it.

I suggest you contact support and tell them these are proof editions.
