Blood Drinking Alien romance, the setting is on a ship, read about one to two years ago

Hello hello! There are a few spoilers in this so be wary!
This book is an alien/monster romance. I can not for the life of me remember what the title or the author is, here are some key details that I do remember!
-The aliens drink blood and they are trying to keep this information from the Heroine so as not to scare her.
-At one point she is in a room and one of the aliens breaks in through the window and the hero drags him out.
-They pretend like they are fishing, but they are really letting out more of their beast-type form.
-In the end, the heroine gives the hero some of her blood.
