Well, I have read this book and I love it so much, but I would like to share my problem which I am going through. As I am presently preparing for the competitive exam which is the IBPS Po exam to become a bank manager, I also want to get fluent in English I want to improve my English language and also I want to lose as I gain weight, so I would I work on each area of my to improve my personality as I have to work consistently.

This is what gen z need the most. Lack of persistant and consistent nowdays is a big loss for our world.

Hi! I read this book as well (and really enjoyed it!). I read your problem (wanting to improve on many areas in your life but having to work a lot) and I think I can maybe help. Think of habits you do automatically already and use habit stacking.
For example: having breakfast. If you want to improve your English language (you are already doing great!) you can do that during breakfast.
Prime the environment the night before by laying your work on the breakfast table. This way you combine a "non-thinking" habit with a "thinking" habit.
You can apply this to other habits you already do automatically. Of course I am no expert at this, but I hope this helps :)
