What’s the best Colleen hoover book to start with?

Verity, November 9th & Ugly love!! I don’t understand why people hate on her. Honestly she’s an amazing writer! You won’t know until you start reading one of her books!

She's a great author in my opinion, but her books aren't for everyone, I liked Ugly Love, It Ends with Us (It's not for everyone, trigger warning: abuse), and Reminders of Him. :D

Honestly none. But, if you want to at least read one or two that aren’t terrible but still don’t have the best writing I would recommend:

I love her books (I've read two), but not her as a person.
The ones I've read are This Girl and It Ends with Us.
This Girl is part of a series but you don't have to read the first two books, This Girl is the same story but in the guy's POV.

I’m not too sure why Colleen Hoover is hated on, her books are NOT terrible, they’re very quick and easy to read and most of the time a quick time pass. If you’re looking to read the best book of your life, you’re not going to find that with cohos books .. lol but besides that there are a few good ones.

I personally did not like her most popular book, “It ends with us” and the sequel, “It starts with us,” other than this I would say some of the better ones are, “Reminders of Him,” “Ugly Love” and “Verity”.

Reminders of Him is by far my favorite book by Colleen, it was a really cute love story, a little different story line and I throughly enjoyed it.

Ugly Love is a little bit sad, but nonetheless a good read. I didn’t enjoy reading it but the more I sat with it the more I liked the story, it has a lot of mixed reviews but I think you should check it out.

Lastly, Verity, which I still till this day love so much. It’s a bit different than most of her books and is somewhat of a thriller, if you read it blindly, you might enjoy it a lot!

I don’t know why she gets as much hate as she does. I’ve only read one book by her, Heartbones, but I absolutely loved it. It single-handedly brought back my reading obsession. It’s a quick read with an unexpected twist. Super captivating and sweet (plus a little smutty) genuinely a really good book.
