So many of you are so close to finishing! If you need more ideas, remember to look at the books other people have already read. Maybe one of them will appeal - and bonus, you'll already know what country it takes place in!

I will echo Debbie's question. Do we have a challenge for Sept. Yet? Would like to be looking for my book to read.

Carolyn | 26 comments I finished my 5th book. Here are the books I read

France - The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue by V.E. Schwab
Greece - Ariadne by Jennifer Saint
Countries around the Indian Ocean - The Adventures of Amina al-Sirafi by Shannon Chakraborty
England - King Henry VI, Part 3 by William Shakespeare
Australia - A Town Like Alice by Nevil Shute

This was a really fun challenge.

Stephanie | 10 comments Finished just in time! It helped that I chose short-ish books. Fun fact: four out of five of these books I either won as summer or winter reading prizes, or purchased at the library book sale. It was great to finally read several books that have been on my shelf for a while.

1. Piper by Jay Asher and Jessica Freeburg (Germany)
2. The Good Mothers by Alex Perry (Italy)
3. The Madonnas of Leningrad by Debra Dean (Soviet Union)
4. The Translator by Daoud Hari (Sudan)
5. Pig in a Taxi and other African Adventures by Suzanne Crocker (Togo and Benin)
