Also DO NOT try to make yourself read a big book cause it will just feel intimidating and make it worse! Make sure it’s a smaller or lighter book to start :)

If you're up for some smut, with a good heart-warming story, and a few laughs as well... Then definitely give the Ice Planet Barbarians series a try :) Got me out of my reading slump, and it got recommended to me by someone who it had taken out of their reading slump as well. There are alot of parts, which are very fun to collect and they're nice palate cleansers as well when you need a little break from heavier books :)
