The greatest joy for me, as editor of The Nelligan Review, is discovering new voices. Yes, we've published poems by Cynthia Atkins, short stories by Josip Novakovich, essays by Mikhail Iossel... and to be honest, having these known names in the journal is helpful, but the joy of discovering new voices - well, yeah, that's the thing for me. The main thing.

Please note, there is a $3 fee for submitting to help off-set the cost of being listed on Submittable. Fiction word limit: 7,500 words. Five poems per submission. No theme. Translations are welcome. Submissions in either French or English are welcome.
