Ive been thinking about the book(s) (not sure if it was a series) back then. I was starting out in high school in a small town and books was my escape. I read so many books that year (1995-1996). There was this book I can remember the most yet I forgot the title.
It was about a girl who was coping with her boyfriend's suicide and i think that the boyfriend's grandfather brought him back to life. Frankenstein generation, not sure. I cannot remember whether the boyfriend's name was Josh. All I remember how upset he got when he found out that he was linked to Frankenstein.
