Donald Armfield | 16 comments I still don't get why permission from author can't not request to pull book. I know all the people (here on goodreads) that left review for book. The fact that I plan on working the whole title I'm sure they will say go for it. And understand that they lose a review.....if that is a reason behind it? If I pull book from smashwords.com will that help remove status...??
