Cannot list giveaway

I am trying to list a giveaway for this book, but I get errors with both ePub editions.

When I submit the KDP version, I get an error that this is not a KDP book.

When I submit the IngramSpark version, I get an error that the book requires a cover, when it does have a cover image. (There is an issue with the paperback cover, though.)

(I guess for this one I'm confused why it's saying there's no cover, when it should be giving me the KDP error?)

Can someone explain how I can fix this, or what I am doing wrong? Thank you.
