The Last Musketeer - Stuart Gibbs - 3 stars

This is a middle grade book in which the 14-year-old hero and his parents find themselves transported to the Paris of Louis XIII. He meets the original characters for the 3 Musketeers, who are all teenagers themselves. Otherwise the link to the Dumas books is rather stretched. There is a lot of action, and the modern hero conveniently knows French, fencing and horseback riding. I think it would be popular with young people and the audio was quite good. The story isn't resolved at the end as there are 2 more books.
