Delete duplicates [DONE]

I separated out a bunch of duplicate "fan-made" editions of the book "Sidetracked":

Please delete the duplicates and then combine the most popular edition:

...back with the rest of the editions:

Although these duplicate fan editions don't have an ASIN or ISBN, I don't think all of them should be deleted because they all have the some cover, and collectively they're shelved almost 2,000 times.

edit: It looks like all 5 books in this series have a variety of "fan-made" editions, some of them duplicates of each other. All of the editions have more than 5 ratings however so not much I can do on my own. If any Superlibrarian is willing to clean up the editions and merge duplicates that would be great, but not necessary. :)

Fan made editions should be deleted. I did a few but I'm not always sure which are fan made.
