Need help with the name of a book.

It's about shifters. It's 2 gay men as the main characters. One of them shifts into a wolf and the other shifts into a snow leopard. One of their names is Quinn, I can't remember the other's name. The wolf is the alpha of the pack The pack has people who shifted into all types of animals, like bears, wolves, and different types of cats. The front cover has a blond man and a wolf standing beside each other. Please help!! It's driving me crazy trying to remember.
