It doesn't seem to be a translation. The blurb looks like that of the regular Bible. The author seems to have written books about biblical interpretations, but as this entry isn't an interpretation but the original work itself, I am stumped.

I mean translation in the sense that any English version is a translation of the original. Unless this version is in Hebrew and ancient Greek, it's a translation. (If it is the bible rather than a book about the bible!)

Understood your point, but by that logic, the King James version and every other English version should have had authors as they are all English translations.
It looks like a Bible entry than about one of its books. Ah well. I hope some senior-librarian can sort out the confusion. We are the only two talking about it and adding to the thread.
