#1 - Done.
1) Did not remove it, since it has it's own unique ISBN.
2) Very confusing, since the cover states it is book #3, but according to the Author's page it is #4.

Just noticed that one of the covers of Restrike states it is book #1 in the series, I figured out the issue, and am fixing it. Angels should be a prequel, not book #1, according to the description of the book, and the release date of the book.
