I am stressing myself out so much its causing me to get my menstrual cycle. What I am stressed out you may ask well let me say it. The amount of fucking school work including missing work, family life because if anyone knows me well its pretty fucking toxic, my friends because I care too much. I just wanna wither away and have a break from everything

Hey there storm, hoping you and your problems scatter away from reality because if I had a choice I would love to put your problems on myself so you can roam free dear. Homework? I feel you, I have a good suggestion that may not work for everyone but it works for me. Well try getting as much work you can finish in each subject, what ever subject you struggle hardest on try finishing that first before anything else. After that, you may end up with more work (Not sure if you're in High school or Middle School.) try using any extra time in class to finish that work, I also would suggest staying after school if you're able. At my school we have advisory not sure about you, but if you have a class you can do extra work in trying to do any work in that class. Lunch is also a good choice, if you're allowed to bring anything to lunch at your school. One last thing,
I just hope you, your stress, your toxic family and school life withers away. You shouldn't have to have so much to put on your shoulders.

Thank you. I am a sophomore in highschool. My only relief is doing my makeup and reading books. I have been binging books right now. I finished a book in less than 2 weeks but its my only escape
