I read in Spanish "La casa inundada" by Felisberto Something and it's a short novel about a flooded house. I'm not sure I liked the whole story, but I enjoyed the description of such a weird house.

You may like The Changing Land . The residence is not the main subject, but is the main setting and definitely matches your quest. It is the residence of sorcerers and a godling that changes itself as the characters progress through it. Eventually turning itself from a castle to a house/mansion, it has a life and mind of it's own.
