Hi Librarians cannot approve someone to be a librarian - as I am sure you know, we are all volunteers & approvals are done by Support (Staff)

Have you done the quiz & submitted your application? Those are the first steps.

Be aware;

1. I've been told the quiz is quite difficult. Please study the Manual thoroughly before attempting it.
2. Even if you pass the quiz you may not be accepted - & even if you are there can be a delay.
3. The only thing we know for sure is that fluency in languages other than English is a valued skill. Make sure you mention what languages you read/write.
