that edition still says 218 the copy i have has 44 chapters and has 301 pages

The page count has been corrected. It usually takes some time for new data to show up on book pages.

Worldcat has the page count at 218 that is not correct. It would finish at chapter 32 when there is 44 chapters in the edition I have in my hand. I can provide prhotographic proof if needed also if i knew how.
