The book begins at a lunch where everything goes crazy, I think the rich couple in the group was the one hosting the lunch. One half of a partner starts saying everyone's secret, I think she had hit her head earlier and was having a concussion, so there was no inhibition.

I think her name begins with a C and she had bulimia nervosa, during a trip the friend group had at an earlier time, she collapsed from the excessive self induced vomiting. I think she and her partner had a son. Her partner wanted her to seek help at that point but she said she doesn't want to and promised she'll never do anything to hurt herself again. She did, and he left her this time around. She eventually got the help that she needed

Another couple had a son in college that fell in love with his siblings' nanny. I think her name starts with an F.

This is all the details I can remember.
