Samantha Lovelock (samanthalovelock) | 35 comments Good morning,

ASIN B0BDFQVCWN was canceled without ever being published anywhere.

ASIN B0C3BRK7Z4 was added to Goodreads sometime between last night and now, by the Goodreads bot.

B0C3BRK7Z4 is the correct and current ASIN for this book. Can these be merged together, please? This book is part of my series Folkestone Sins (it is book 5).

I accidentally posted this in the books issues category, and somebody has gone in and done things other than what I requested. I apologize for the error on my part and hope you can help me get it fixed.

Thank you so much!

that is not even a new rule - if books were automatically imported with valid identifier and then cancelled going through support was also what should have been done.

And depending on when that was done, yeah there were some rule changes in the past (no (super)librarians can edit or remove ASIN/ISBN anymore)

(+ with bots doing bot things and reimporting or changing/reverting a lot of things - staff might be the better ones to talk to. If bot messes up you can comlain there, so the origin does know things are messed up)

Librarians, whether super or mundane, do not have the authority to remove a book that has an ISBN or ASIN assigned.
