I believe the book was a duel pov between the love interests

Female MC is a red-headed actress and was once in a relationship with a guy who was a director (I can't really remember why they broke up) after the break up her reputation was tainted and she was on the hunt for her next role. she was in a fake engagement with her gay best friend (also an actor) because I guy he hooked up with was blackmailing him to tell the media that he was gay.

Male MC is a big-time actor and secret member of a high-end BDSM club, he was once married but got a divorce when she cheated on him in order to higher her rank as an actress, she too was big on the BDSM scene.

The two main characters meet at an audition, he had already been picked as the male lead and dom in a BDSM movie and the female role was down to the female MC and his ex-wife. The people for the movie wanted his ex-wife because of her sex appeal and experience but he did not want her around whatsoever so he decided he was going to teach the female MC how to be the perfect sub so she would get the role in the movie.

the characters meet up and after signing a contract that consists of the rule of their arrangement he takes her to the club he is a part of, there are a lot of famous faces apart of the club and she is a bit shocked by the people (the club ensures that its members stay secret by holding their secrets over their heads). They stay in the club for a number of days him teaching her about being a sub, learning about each other and each other's lives and ultimately catching feelings for each other. they admit feelings and then progress into more hands-on experience.

one night they decide to get out and go to a club or bar or something and he disguises her so she won't be recognized (complete coincidence that she ends up looking kind of like his ex-wife). they go out but then her ex is there and recognizes her and takes a picture of her.

I don't remember much about the rest except that they break up for a bit, and eventually get back together after she gets the role.
