I'm looking for a book that follows some killer guy who's moving from place to place I think? I just remember he's outside and going somewhere in the beginning of the book. Some police team is following him. And he has twin sisters who I think also have a cat? I think there's some scene about him being in the bedroom of a child, trying to kill or kidnap them or something. Didn't read the whole thing. I read it about 5-6 years ago. Can someone help me find this book?
