This novel is as if the noir master and author Raymond Chandler wrote a novel in the style of one of the authors from the Golden Age of Science Fiction. Adam Christopher blended well the characteristics of both genres. The post-WWII characters and setting were well developed. Although it started out slow, the plot moves quickly by mid-novel. If you are a fan of noir fiction or the Golden Age of Science Fiction, you will enjoy this novel.
