[COMPLETE] Incorrect authors (+ subtitle issue) on Crash

The newest American edition of Crash: A Novel by J.G. Ballard has some author issues. Ballard is labeled as the author of the Introduction when he was the author of the entire book. The authors field should be: J.G. Ballard, Zadie Smith (Introduction)

Also, the "A Novel" subtitle shouldn't be in the title.
