I don't know, there's something...pretentious I find about her work. I think it's the "It CoUlD hApPeN tOmOrRoW!" nature of her writing.

I read this quite some time ago. I'll read a summary to keep up. I never got around to the sequels so I hope to get to those in the next few months.

I love Margaret Atwood, though I did not always. I picked up Handmaid's tale in 2012 and have been hooked ever since.

I read this whole series in 2017. Loved the first 2, and thought the third was disappointing.

Just started Oryx and Crake. I'm really enjoying the writing style. I just finished Station Eleven so this continues the theme.

I finally started this today. I’m not sure what I expected but so far, 40% into the story, this isn’t it. Granted, I read that 40% in one sitting, so it’s obviously keeping my attention.
