Michelle H | 173 comments If it was available, I would give this book 4.5 stars. It is hard to believe that it was written in 1950. It could be something current and it reminded me some of Black Mirror, the series on Netflix. I work with data in tech so this really hits home and I can see how this can/is happening.

The reader gets short stories about technology, robots, and data through the eyes of Dr. Susan Calvin. Each story covers a future (though not so far in the future now) and the consequences around the robots and technology. There are the 'Three Laws of Robotics' and the stories show how these laws are there to help humans yet they can muddy the situation because of their existence.

John Warner (jwarner6comcastnet) | 104 comments I particularly liked "Catch That Rabbit." With the current discussion surrounding the dangers of AI, this story rang true.
