SOLVED. half human half vampire girl who is part of the resistance

I remember a book about a half human half vampire girl who is part of the resistance. She gets caught for the cause and is bought by the king i believe. The only problem is if he drinks from her he will be addicted to her blood. But he doesn't know she is a half breed. eventually she tells him and helps him fight another vampire who is a bad guy. Appearance is very important here. They get all dressed up just to go down the road. The bad vampire has been trafficking humans making them half breeds using one of the kings servant's children. Any ideas?
