:::: any of the Entangled with Fae books by Tessonja Odette, my favorite being "Heart of the Raven Prince"!!
I think for the most part, Penny Reid's knitting in the city series follows this pretty well. Neanderthal Seeks Human is book one. You'll see the other characters in the other books, but pretty sure you can read them all on their own (I loved Beauty and the Mustache from that series. I loved the spin-off series from that book most of all: Truth or Beard being book 1 in that). I definitely recommend her books!
Cane brothers series by Meghan Quinn (#1 a not so meet cute, #2 so not meant to be, #3 a long time coming)
