Series Description?

Hello,

Would someone please add a new series for the following books?
Embers of the Past, Heralds of Chaos, and Heir of Dragons

Embers is #1
Heralds is a prequel that came out before book 1, not sure how you want to order that. I usually refer to it as #0.
Heir is #1.5

The series name is Elements of Chaos.

I saw in the Help files that a description can be added for the series, is this still possible? I'd like to include a Chronological list of the books.

Books in Chronological Order:
Heir of Dragons (Prequel Novella)
Heralds of Chaos (Prequel Novella)
Embers of the Past (Book 1)
Covenant of the Dead (Book 2)

I'm sorry to bug you all again. I find it frustrating that authors can't update their own series and characters. 🙁

Hi Lucille,

You were listed as an author both with and without a period after the J, which GR considered as separate authors. That created a problem with Heir of Dragons because there are two listings, one for each author profile. I added the period into the one so I could combine them, but they may instead need to be merged (more on that below). I wanted to mention the two profiles, so if something seems missing, try searching the other way.

A chronological list isn't necessary in the description as the books should already be listed on the series page in chronological.

I was going to add the book #2 you mentioned to the series page, but I didn't see it on Amazon yet so that isn't done.

Please check the series page to be sure the numbers are what you want. You had called Heir of the Dragons a prequel, but yet it's listed as 1.5 after book 1. Should it be 0.5 instead?

With Heir of the Dragons not being published yet, it SEEMED like the two listings should be merged into one edition, especially as one listing is mostly blank and the other has the ASIN. BUT... the ASIN listing doesn't show a publisher on Amazon, while the non-ASIN listing on GR does. Perhaps Amazon is simply missing the publisher info until publication and they should be merged as one edition instead of combined as two?

Okay, first off... My name should be Lucille J. Knight I believe? I honestly don't care which one as long as I'm all in the same place so to speak.

Regarding merging vs combining. Heir of Dragons only has one edition. I'm not sure why there are two entries? Can we please have them merged into one listing as that is how it's supposed to be.

Series Order: My understanding is that books are submitted by release date and that's why I put Heir of Dragons as 1.5 - In universe it takes place 20 years prior to Book 1 (18 years prior to Heralds of Chaos). My question about chronological order was purely related to in universe chronology. There's going to be 3 other novellas (all prequels as well) released in the future as well.

For now I guess, let's just do:

Heir of Dragons #0
Heralds of Chaos #0.5

Book #2 won't be out until late this year so I haven't got it up for preorder or anything yet. I'll repost here when I'm ready to get it added I think.
