[OPEN] add translator title and merge authors

There are two issues relating to this book:

1) Chi-chen Wang should be shown as translator

2) There are two profiles for the same author:
Cao Xueqin and Tsao Hsueh-Chin

Cao is the transliteration using the current standard system: pinyin, and Tsao is an older one: Wade–Giles.

I think the correct romanized name to display should be Cao Xueyin, but I don't know what is goodreads' policy in author pages.

Another option would be to have them both under the same author page, but I'm not sure if that is possible in Goodreads.
