Can someone, who has the book, tell me how many chapter it has so that I can finish the schedule? Please and thank you.
Has anyone started this yet? I’m up to chapter 12 and this is the first time in a long time that I’ve immediately fallen in love with a book 😅

An upcoming flight will help me start it, but I know I'll behind, not the fastest of readers. chat soon!

Absorbed me and dragged me down into its world, and I came out only a few days later, wanting more. I liked the feeling of discovering more about the world with the protagonist herself, I loved feeling un-mentioned energies between the characters and how later it was revealed that indeed, they're there.
The action scenes are also well written, without going into too much detail but giving out enough to be able to visualise it all. I suggest doing a quick search on ... was it Twitter? There is art showing the Chrysalises in different configurations.
There is character development... but also sometimes it jumps a bit from 'I want the best for everyone' to 'I'm a crazy killing machine'; perhaps the only thing that didn't click-in very well for me, or maybe she's just a bit bipolar?
As per The Twist... I saw it coming dozens of pages before. The author did not shy away with clues (and perhaps it helps that I came across something similar before... in an anime... could it be the same the author mentions in the end notes? We'll never know).
Additional for us:
The scene in the train, with Zeitan and Shimin and ... the trainer guy (I've not got good names memory), when they tell the story about Shimin making the glasses into a sharp shard... it cracked me up, that was funny!
I saw the end Twist comes miles away. The first thing that comes to mind for me is an anime called 'Cross Ange'.
What about you? Any favourite/worst moments?
